  15. I bought Aminet 10 from Safe Harbor Computers and it had a
  16. scratch from the center hole to the outside (a feelable grove).
  17. I call them and they were very rude and said that they would have to
  18. call the dist. (Amiga library services now cronus) to see if they
  19. would take it be from them and then the guy would call me in a couple
  20. of days to let me know.  I couldn't not believe what the guy at Safe
  21. Harbor was telling me.  After 10 minutes of talking to this guy I told
  22. him ok and then called be to talk to the manager and got some girl
  23. named Tiffany.  She said the same crap and that if they replaced it
  24. and the dist. wouldn't take it back that they would have an unusable
  25. disc and out what they payed for it.  I said "but it's ok for the
  26. customer to be out the 20 buck though".  She kinda got pissed and went
  27. into some other crap about it's only 20 bucks and crap like that.  I
  28. have done a lot of business with them and could believe this.

  30. I call Amiga Library Services and they said not problem just send it
  31. to use and we will replace it.  So be careful when buying cd's from
  32. Safe Harbor computer...
